1. Who I Am
I, Hrishikesh Joshi, operate under the name "Svaran" as an independent freelance lead generation and affiliate partner working in the B2B SaaS space. I am an individual operating as a sole proprietor/freelancer based in India. I am not a registered company, agency, or legal entity distinct from myself.
Through this website (svaran.in) and my activities as a partner on affiliate/referral networks such as PartnerStack, I refer, promote, and generate sales leads for B2B SaaS companies ("Partner Companies" or "Advertisers") in exchange for commissions, referral fees, or other compensation as agreed under each individual partner program.
2. Nature of My Services
My core activity is B2B SaaS lead generation and affiliate referral. This means:
- I identify, engage, and refer potential business customers to SaaS companies I partner with.
- I may use affiliate links, referral codes, tracking pixels, or unique tracking URLs provided by Partner Companies (including via PartnerStack) to attribute leads or sales to my efforts.
- I receive compensation — which may include commissions, bounties, revenue share, or flat referral fees — from Partner Companies when a referred lead converts into a qualifying sale, subscription, or other defined outcome, as per the specific terms of each partner program.
- I do not sell, resell, or take payment processing responsibility for any SaaS product. All purchases, subscriptions, and contracts are made directly between the referred customer and the respective Partner Company.
3. Affiliate Compensation Disclosure
Material Connection Disclosure: In accordance with general advertising disclosure principles (including FTC guidance in the U.S. and equivalent good-practice standards globally, given my international client base), I disclose that:
- I have a financial relationship with the B2B SaaS companies I promote or refer leads to.
- I earn commissions or referral fees when a lead I generate results in a sale, signup, or other qualifying action, at no additional cost to the referred customer.
- My recommendations and referrals are based on my professional assessment, but they are inherently influenced by the fact that I am compensated for successful referrals.
- Specific commission structures, rates, and qualifying criteria are governed by the individual agreements I hold with each Partner Company and/or the applicable PartnerStack program terms, and are not published on this page.
4. Use of Affiliate/Referral Links
- Links, codes, or tracking mechanisms shared by me (via this website, email, calls, proposals, or any other communication) may be affiliate or referral links tied to my partner accounts, including my PartnerStack partner profile.
- Clicking or using these links may result in tracking cookies or identifiers being set by the Partner Company or PartnerStack to attribute activity to me.
- I do not control the privacy practices, terms of service, pricing, or product delivery of any third-party SaaS company. Please refer to each Partner Company's own terms and privacy policy before engaging with their product.
5. No Endorsement Guarantee / No Warranty
- Any information, comparison, or recommendation I provide about a B2B SaaS product reflects my own views and professional experience at the time of writing or communication, and is subject to change.
- I make no warranty or guarantee regarding the performance, suitability, security, or outcomes of any third-party SaaS product or service I refer.
- Any business relationship, contract, or transaction entered into with a Partner Company is solely between the customer and that Partner Company. I am not a party to that contract and bear no liability for its performance.
6. Independent Contractor Status
I operate as an independent, freelance affiliate/referral partner. Nothing on this website or in my communications should be construed as:
- An employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between myself and any Partner Company; or
- Legal, financial, or professional advice regarding any SaaS product or vendor.
7. Compliance with Network & Partner Program Terms
My affiliate activities are conducted in accordance with the terms and policies of the networks and programs I participate in, including but not limited to PartnerStack's partner program terms and each individual Partner Company's affiliate/referral agreement. In case of any conflict between this page and a specific network's or Partner Company's terms, the terms of that network or program shall govern my conduct as a partner under that specific program.
8. International Clients & Governing Law
I am based in India, and my clients, partners, and referred leads may be located anywhere in the world. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where a specific Partner Company's or network's agreement (such as PartnerStack's) specifies a different governing law for that particular relationship, that agreement's governing law shall apply to that specific relationship.
9. Changes to These Terms
I may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in my affiliate activities, partner programs, or applicable disclosure practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
